PETANQUE – A sport which doesn’t require running, jumping or much athleticism. It improves hand/eye coordination, problem solving, teamwork and tolerance; win as a team, lose as a team. It can become highly addictive and is fun to play!

Meet alternate Fridays, 1.30 p.m., South Downs (Lancing) Leisure Centre, Manor Road, Lancing, BN15 0PH.

• Sessions held all year, contact numbers held in case of inclement weather and emergency.
• Health and safety risk assessment in place.
• Up to 60 players (starter equipment for 9 people, regular attendees encouraged to purchase their own equipment).
• Disabled/wheelchair access.
• Peer group support/instruction.
• Coaching available.

£1 per session to play.
